The INCAR-CSIC is organizing a debate on “Women in R&D. Research and Challenge” (“Mujer en I+D. Investigación + Desafío”) within the frame of the Spanish Science Year 2007 (“Año de la Ciencia 2007). This is one of the activities of the IP NANOKER Gender Action Plan, with the aim to inform the society about the current situation for women researchers as such and to also reveal the necessity for specific measures eliminating obstacles. Ramón Torrecillas, in his role as IP NANOKER project Coordinator, will participate in two sessions.
The event will take place on 26th June 2007 in Oviedo, Spain.
